Pedro was an excellent agent. I found him on Zillow while inquiring about a home. He was knowledgeable and talked to me about my concerns regarding prospective homes. Compared to other real estate agents I had in the past, he answered all of my questions and led me to resources that could help me understand a subject. He was very responsive as well. I appreciated that he did texting when he could. I understand that sometimes things had to be explained over the phone but he made sure that I understood what his answers were. Being a first time home buyer with Pedro was a very good experience. I do appreciate his help with finding my forever home!

We were not the easiest clients for Pedro! We were using a 1031 exchange, which meant hard time frames and minimum amount of a purchase price. We were looking at multi unit apt buildings and had 4 different offers and lots of sellers not willing to do any repairs or negotiating and Pedro lead us to new properties and fought to get us all he could. He was so patient with us over the 5 months it took us to finally close on a property. Pedro is very knowledgeable on the Tucson area, multi family listings, negotiating and listening to his clients. I took a chance on Pedro without knowing him and I was not disappointed. I had a home that I was Trustee of in Tucson, and I prepared it for selling. Being I was from another state and didn't know any Realtors in Tucson, I put in the zip code of the property on Zillow and found Pedro. He worked with me from afar and would even go by the house to check on things for me. We communicated via telephone and emails, and due to our combined computer savyness--we got the house sold and closed Escrow without me having to be present. It was a great relief for me to have a "friend" I could count on.

I thought of never having my own home, I was only dreaming at the time, i was just looking. Pedro was kindly to ask what I would like in a house and I was holding my expectations back, but he gave me ideas and I felt more open to put my thoughts out there. I had no hope just because I never owned a house before or I never knew how, but when he called and said we qualify I was amazed or even shocked as to why. The process was complicated for us to understand, but he held our hands to the very end. When I had no transportation to get stuff turned in, he ran the extra mile to help out. He was flexible with our work hours, and was very patient to our lack of communication meaning my spouse and I because we would not see each other in days. There was the time of negotiation, I'm very shy and not pushy and don't understand numbers, but Pedro had the professionalism to negotiate and come to terms with the sell. He was kind enough to put some money for repairs the seller did not want to do, it meant a great deal for both parties. I've heard the house was on the market for almost 300 days, I would think it would sell quickly, but given the expertise and negotiation skills from Pedro, it happened.
