I took a chance on Pedro without knowing him and I was not disappointed. I had a home that I was Trustee of in Tucson, and I prepared it for selling. I thought of never having my own home, I was only dreaming at the time, i was just looking. Pedro was kindly to ask what I would like in a house and I was holding my expectations back, but he gave me ideas and I felt more open to put my thoughts out there. I had no hope just because I never owned a house before or I never knew how, but when he called and said we qualify I was amazed or even shocked as to why. The process was complicated for us to understand, but he held our hands to the very end. When I had no transportation to get stuff turned in, he ran the extra mile to help out.
